BLACKLISTED DETAILING
Service Care & Satisfaction Policy.
Effective November 5, 2026 · Tennessee, United States
Our service commitment
BLACKLISTED Detailing performs the work included in your agreed package and approved add-ons with reasonable care. Please review your vehicle with us when it is collected or returned, and raise any visible concern at that time where practical. This policy provides a process for reviewing concerns about the work performed; it is not a promise to remove every stain, defect, odor or sign of wear.
Report concerns within 48 hours, with documentation
If you believe an agreed area was missed or a service was not completed as described, notify BLACKLISTED within 48 hours of receiving your vehicle back after the completed service. Open a support ticket or reply to your completion email. Include your booking reference, a written description identifying the issue and affected area, when it was noticed, and clear supporting photographs or other relevant documentation.
Provide documentation with your report within the 48-hour window where reasonably possible. If an issue cannot reasonably be photographed, explain why and describe the circumstances so we can agree on suitable alternative documentation. Keep the original photographs and avoid altering the affected area beyond what is reasonably necessary for safety or to prevent further damage.
Inspection and corrective work
Give BLACKLISTED a reasonable opportunity to review the documentation, inspect the vehicle and discuss a suitable resolution. We may request additional information or arrange a return visit. If our review confirms that agreed work was missed or not performed with reasonable care, we will arrange reasonable corrective work at no additional charge. Where correction is not appropriate or practical, we will consider other remedies as required by the circumstances and applicable law. A reported concern does not automatically result in a full refund.
Please contact us before arranging third-party corrective work where reasonably possible. We do not automatically agree to reimburse work arranged without our review, except where reimbursement or another remedy is required by law.
Service limitations and new conditions
Results depend on the vehicle’s starting condition and the agreed scope. Permanent staining or discoloration, worn or damaged materials, deep scratches, clear-coat failure, corrosion and pre-existing defects may remain after detailing. Pet hair removal and other optional work are included only when selected or otherwise agreed. No package includes headlight restoration or window/glass polishing.
New dirt, spills, pet hair, weather exposure, environmental fallout, accidents, misuse or changes after the vehicle is returned are not evidence that the original service was incomplete. Concerns about possible damage caused during service will be reviewed on their facts and documentation. This policy does not excuse damage caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.
Late reports
Reports received after 48 hours may be more difficult to verify because the vehicle’s condition may have changed. We will review the available facts, but courtesy corrective work is not guaranteed for late reports. The reporting window is a request for prompt notice and documentation; it does not waive, shorten or exclude any right, claim, deadline or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Deposits, payments and legal rights
Deposits, cancellations, refunds and payment disputes are also addressed in our Deposit & Payment Policy. Contacting us first is encouraged and helps us resolve an issue, but is not a condition of exercising a protected right or meeting a card issuer’s deadline. Tennessee law and applicable federal law apply, subject to mandatory protections available to you.
