What happens after I send an inquiry?
You’ll get a booking reference. When we have an available drop-off time, we’ll email a private link to confirm it. The offer is open for up to 24 hours.
How much does a detail cost?
Enter your vehicle and choose a package in booking to see available rates. Add-on prices update for your vehicle and the estimate changes as you select them. Unpriced work and unusual vehicle conditions need a personal quote. Final scope and availability are confirmed with you.
Which service should I choose?
Essential is a lighter refresh. Cabin Renewal focuses on the interior, Exterior Finish on the outside, and Signature brings both together. Seasonal Protection adds a protection plan. Paint Refinement and Ceramic Protection begin with an assessment. Choose “Help me choose” if you’re unsure.
How long will my detail take?
Timing depends on the vehicle and the agreed scope. We’ll discuss an estimate and availability before confirming your appointment.
Can every stain or scratch be removed?
Some marks, wear and damage may be permanent or need specialist work. Tell us about any concerns so they can be assessed. Specific outcomes are never guaranteed by this website.
Where will the detail take place?
We currently accept drop-off appointments in Knoxville. Your appointment email includes the location and instructions. Mobile detailing is coming soon.
Does submitting the form book an appointment?
The form sends your request. Open the offer from your email or account. If it requires a deposit, your appointment is confirmed when Square verifies your payment.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Open your private appointment link. You can cancel online until 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off. After that, reply to your appointment email and include your booking reference.
