BLACKLISTED DETAILING
Deposit & payment policy.
Effective November 1, 2026 · Tennessee, United States
Your booking deposit
If your drop-off offer requires a deposit, review the fixed amount before paying. Your appointment is confirmed when Square verifies your payment. The one-time deposit is credited toward your agreed detailing service.
Cancellations and refunds
Online cancellation is available until 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off. After that, reply to your appointment email for help. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend, except where a refund is required by law. Rescheduling arrangements must be agreed with BLACKLISTED. If BLACKLISTED cancels without an agreed replacement or cannot provide the agreed service, the deposit will be refunded. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges will be investigated and corrected as appropriate. Any refund due is returned through Square to the original payment method.
Questions and card disputes
If there is a problem, please contact BLACKLISTED through the booking inquiry page and include your booking reference so we can investigate. Contacting us first is encouraged, but it is not a condition of exercising a legal right or meeting your card issuer’s deadlines. This policy does not waive rights concerning unauthorized charges, billing errors, services not provided as agreed, or any other protection under applicable law or card-network rules.
Fraudulent disputes and lawful remedies
BLACKLISTED may respond to a payment dispute with accurate booking records, the policy acknowledgment, communications and evidence of work performed. Where the facts support a claim and applicable law permits it, BLACKLISTED reserves the right to pursue lawful civil remedies for fraud or an unpaid, legally enforceable obligation. Any recovery of legal costs or other amounts is limited to what applicable law and a court allow. A good-faith dispute alone does not trigger a penalty, an automatic charge, or an automatic finding of fraud.
Applicable law and your acknowledgment
Tennessee law and applicable United States federal law govern this policy, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Before paying, you must actively acknowledge the displayed deposit amount and this policy. BLACKLISTED records the policy version, your acknowledgment time and the payment reference with the booking. Nothing in this policy excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
