BLACKLISTED / PRIVACY
This form collects your name, email, optional phone number, vehicle information, service preference, preferred drop-off time, and any notes or vehicle photos you provide. These details are stored so BLACKLISTED can review and respond to your inquiry. Submitted vehicle photos are available only to BLACKLISTED in the booking workspace. If you create an account, your name, email, a secure password hash, sign-in sessions, linked bookings, saved vehicles and rewards activity are stored in MongoDB. We do not store your password as plain text. Accounts do not automatically enroll you in a paid membership.
An inquiry reference is created after a successful save. If you continue to a deposit, Square collects card details through its secure embedded form. This website receives a payment token and records the payment reference, amount, status and your policy acknowledgment; it does not store your card number or security code. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your inquiry message.
This website uses no advertising cookies or analytics trackers. On the payment page, Square processes payment and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy practices. Form entries stay in this browser tab until you send them or leave the page. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used on the server to limit spam.
